Sometimes we get major influxes of orders at once (Such as Black Friday, when 2-3 orders can happen a second at times) so if your size was in-stock at checkout and out of stock after ordering, this may be why.
Don't worry though! Out-of-stock issues are extremely rare and only take 48 hours or so to resolve.

It depends on if the merch was opened/used or not. If the merch is still in perfect condition, we may use it in our 60% off mystery boxes, however we often donate merch instead.
