The Air Jordan 10 was released in 1994 when Michael Jordan was actually still playing minor league baseball. Designer Tinker Hatfield highlighted ten of MJ's career milestones by having them listed on the sneaker's sole.
Originally, the AJ10 was meant to have a reinforced toe, but it was removed as per the request of Jordan himself. When Jordan made his NBA comeback in 1995, he graced the hardwood with these shoes on.
