I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com and send a picture of your order and the products you received. We'll be able to help and send out a new item if we confirm your item was wrong in terms of size or design.
Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?
If we make a mistake, we will re-ship the item for free of charge. If you are looking for a return or refund, we do not refund shipping costs.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?
You can order a gift card on our gift cards page. Go to the website navigation and choose "Gift Cards"
Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?
Sometimes we get major influxes of orders at once (Such as Black Friday, when 2-3 orders can happen a second at times) so if your size was in-stock at checkout and out of stock after ordering, this may be why.
Don't worry though! Out-of-stock issues are extremely rare and only take 48 hours or so to resolve.
How can I search to find products on the website?
Use the website search icon at the top of the navigation. Be sure to spell the collection or design correctly.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
What do you do with returned Merch?
It depends on if the merch was opened/used or not. If the merch is still in perfect condition, we may use it in our 60% off mystery boxes, however we often donate merch instead.
When can I expect my refund?
That depends on your credit card/bank, but it shouldn't take more than 5 business days once your refund is authorized.
